The multidisciplinary Violence Prevention Committee and Threat Assessment Team (TAT) consists of but is not limited to the following representatives:

- The Office of Threat Assessment
- Faculty and Employee Assistance Program (FEAP)
- Faculty Representative
- Medical Center Security
- Student Affairs
- Office for Equal Opportunity and Civil Rights
- Office of University Counsel
- Patient Safety/Risk Management
- University & Medical Center Employee Relations
- University Police Department
The VPC and TAT processes are facilitated and managed by staff within the Office of Threat Assessment.
